Modern Cooperative will highlight JenStyle Vintage clothing and accessories for the month of June kicking off with a pop-up shop on Friday, June 8 during 2nd Fridays Pilsen Art Walk.

About JenStyle Vintage
A Pilsen neighbor and close friend, Jen Lorenz is a school librarian by day and a vintage lover all of the time. Her parents took her to antique shops before she could even walk, so she’s developed a keen eye for vintage finds from a very early age. Her collection is hand-picked and beautifully curated, and it’s easy to see that vintage is most definitely in her blood.

About Modern Cooperative
Modern Cooperative modernizes the concept of a cooperative – by offering local artists who use reclaimed and repurposed materials an opportunity to showcase and sell their pieces on a monthly basis. We also feature an assortment of curated, vintage furniture and home décor – with a focus on mid-century modern.

The Event
The JenStyle vintage clothing pop-up shop will take place during the Chicago Arts District’s 2nd Fridays Art Walk, starting at 5pm. We’re serving 5 Rabbit’s local brew and include opportunities to meet Jen of JenStyle Vintage until close at 10pm. In addition, the Tamale Spaceship food truck will be parked outside serving delicious handmade tamales and hopefully wearing those great Lucha Libra masks.
